Ali Kayani
CEO
Ali is an executive with experience spanning over 12 years. Ali has led the growth of various successful technology ventures and currently holds leadership positions in technology, staffing, and Health Care IT firms. He is a natural leader who cherishes the challenges of team building, operations setup and overhaul, conflict negotiation, and talent acquisition. With an academic background in Computer Science and mathematics, he has worked in fields of Data analytics, eCommerce, and Automotive Finance for high end clients including Bank of America, eBay, Capital One and Ford Motors.
Greg Barker
CRO
Greg Barker is the Chief Revenue Officer. He is responsible for all revenue generation processes … including marketing, sales and customer success. He is instrumental in leading the creation and execution of strategies that produce strong top- and bottom-line impact across all of Incrementum.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Barker held executive roles in both management consulting and software companies. He spent over 18 years at Oracle. As Vice President of Industry Business Unit, which is responsible for Oracle's go-to- market strategy, including product marketing, competitive intelligence, field enablement, deal acceleration, and mergers-and- acquisition integration across Oracle's entire product and services portfolio.
Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Barker served ten years in the United States Air Force. He held assignments worldwide, most notably ending his military career at the Pentagon working in the Intelligence Community. He holds a BS in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland.
